Lesson Title: Mastering Effective Communication

3.    Written Communication:

·        Touch on the significance of written communication in various settings.

·        Provide handouts with tips on effective written communication.

·        Have students practice writing a short message or email in a professional manner.

4.    Role-Playing Exercise:

·        Divide the class into pairs or small groups.

·        Assign different communication scenarios (e.g., resolving conflicts, giving constructive feedback).

·        Allow students to role-play and practice effective communication skills.

Application (20 minutes):

1.    Real-Life Application:

·        Discuss how students can apply effective communication in their daily lives.

·        Have them share personal examples or stories where communication made a difference.

2.    Group Activity: Communication Challenge:

·        Divide the class into small groups.

·        Assign each group a communication challenge (e.g., presenting a topic, solving a problem).

·        Groups must apply both verbal and non-verbal communication skills to overcome the challenge.

Conclusion (10 minutes):

  • Summarize key points from the lesson.

  • Assign reflective homework, asking students to observe communication styles in a real-world setting.
